Acceptance of Terms

These terms form a binding legal agreement between you (the player) and bat366.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. • Deposit processing time: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay deposits are credited to your bat366 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–4 hours.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are typically processed within 1–4 hours of request. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. Withdrawals during periods of high demand or during major cricket events (BPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments) may experience slight delays; bat366 aims to resolve all pending withdrawals within 24 hours regardless of volume.

• Void bets: A bet may be declared void by bat366 in the event of an obvious pricing error, a data feed error, match abandonment (cricket), event cancellation, or other circumstances beyond bat366's control. Voided bets are returned as stake credit to the player's BDT wallet.
• Live in-play betting: Odds on live cricket markets are updated in real time. By placing a live bet, you accept the odds displayed at the moment the bet is confirmed — not at the moment you initiated the bet slip. Any odds changes between bet initiation and confirmation are visible on screen before you confirm.
• Casino game outcomes: All casino game outcomes on bat366 — including slots, live dealer tables, and specialty games — are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or by live dealer physical randomisation. bat366 does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) figures for each game are available within the game's information panel.
• Technical interruptions: In the event of a technical failure during a game round or bet placement, bat366's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established from system logs, the bet or game round will be voided and the stake returned.
• Maximum payout limits: bat366 applies maximum single-event payout limits, which are specified within the platform's sports betting section and individual game rules. Winnings that exceed the applicable maximum payout limit will be capped at that limit regardless of the calculated result.

bat366 reserves the right to suspend any market or game at any time, including during live play, where system integrity concerns arise or where regulatory or technical circumstances require it. In such cases, affected players will be notified and stakes on suspended markets will be returned.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. Account Closure & Suspension

bat366 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Confirmed or suspected engagement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Confirmed underage gambling or registration by a person under the age of 18.
• Duplicate account registration.
• Bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotions.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct directed at bat366 staff or other players.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested within a reasonable timeframe.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bat366 will communicate the reason for suspension to the player via the registered email address within a reasonable period. Where an account is closed for cause, any outstanding real-money balance (less any bonus funds and pending bonus-derived winnings) will be returned to the verified payment method on file, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Players who wish to close their own bat366 account voluntarily — whether for responsible gaming reasons or otherwise — should contact the support team at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within one business day. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's primary payment method following KYC confirmation.

bat366 shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from account suspension or closure where such action was taken in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Players whose accounts are closed for cause may not re-register on the bat366 platform without written authorisation from the bat366 compliance team.
